The New Orleans Building Corporation (NOBC) is please to share this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) with you, for phase one of the redevelopment of the New Orleans Riverfront.

The team selected through this RFQ process will be tasked with implementing the first phase of the NOBC's recently finalized concept plan for the development of the Riverfront - Reinventing the Crescent. The document is the product of a prominent team of architects and urban designers selected by the NOBC to provide New Orleans with a world-class riverfront plan, one that would reunite some of the city's most legendary neighborhoods with the majestic Mississippi River. This RFQ represents the implementation phase of that definitive plan.

This Request for Qualifications calls for visionary, yet practical design teams capable of working with a developed concept and realizing its full potential. There will be a two-part selection process, the first part of which is this RFQ. In the second part, up to four finalists will be selected and inter viewed.
